Place the dough in the proofing basket and cover it with the cloth provided. When the dough has risen, transfer it to a baking tray and bake.
Sprinkle the proofing basket with flour each time you use it, making sure the flour covers all surfaces and gets into all the grooves. Then shake it gently to remove excess flour.
The first few times, you may need to use more flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the basket. An optimal result is generally obtained after two or three uses.
The cotton/linen blend combines the softness of cotton with the shine and texture of linen.
Rattan is a natural material that has slight variations in color and appearance.
